A boutique reformer Pilates and open clay studio in Montréal. Small by design. Intentional by nature.
SAH was built for people who move through the world at full speed and need somewhere to exhale. A boutique reformer Pilates and open clay studio in Montréal — designed not for performance, but for presence.
The name SAH is a breath. The sound of an exhale — the moment your shoulders drop and you remember what your body actually feels like. Every class, every pottery session, every Sunday morning is designed around that feeling.
Small by design. Three reformers. A ladder barrel. One clay table. One STOTT-trained instructor who knows your name. SAH is not trying to scale. It is trying to be good — for the people who walk through the door and for the neighbourhood it belongs to.
A question, a hello, or anything on your mind — reach out. We reply personally, always.
