This is the class for first timers. We go through machine setup, breath, control, and the rhythm of the studio before adding intensity.
Already comfortable
Choose by energy.
Box Reformer is steady and sculpting. Full Burn brings more heat. Advanced Flow is for students who already know the machine.

We provide primary colours and extra shades, so you can keep it simple or mix your own palette. We’ll show you how the colours work.

Good things take time. Once your piece is finished, leave it with us for firing. We’ll text you when it’s ready for pickup or delivery in 1–3 weeks.

About SAH Studio
Stay At Home (SAH) Studio ("the Studio") is a boutique wellness studio located in Montréal, Québec, offering reformer Pilates, pottery, and related creative experiences. By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to reformer Pilates, yoga, and movement classes, involves inherent risks of injury or harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks — known and unknown — including those resulting from the negligence of the Studio or its instructors, employees, and agents. I confirm that I am in adequate physical condition to participate and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to my instructor prior to class.
Pottery & Creative Activities
I acknowledge that pottery and ceramic activities involve the use of equipment, tools, heat, and materials that may cause injury if misused. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Studio staff. The Studio is not liable for damage to personal clothing or belongings arising from participation in pottery sessions.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Province of Québec, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SAH Studio, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me while participating in any activity at or related to the Studio, whether caused by the negligence of the Studio or otherwise.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Group sessions require 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without forfeiture. Private sessions require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package or charged in full. Pottery session materials fees are non-refundable once a session has begun.
Reformer Equipment Policy
Grip socks are required for every Reformer Pilates class for safety, hygiene, and equipment care. Please follow instructor guidance and use the equipment with care throughout class.
Photography & Privacy
The Studio may photograph or film classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff before your session. The Studio collects and processes your personal information in accordance with Québec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25).
Health & Safety
I confirm that I will not attend the Studio if I am experiencing symptoms of any communicable illness. I agree to follow all health and safety protocols in effect at the time of my visit. The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or participation at its discretion.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montréal, Québec.
