If you booked, we show up — whether you are the only one or one of three. A class of one is still a class. You will never arrive to a locked door.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your session and you receive a full refund or credit. Inside 24 hours, the session is non-refundable. Life happens — we understand — but that spot could have gone to someone else.
If you booked and do not show up without cancelling, the session fee applies. Your spot was held, the instructor was there. We appreciate your understanding — it keeps SAH sustainable for everyone.
